Two houses, one very good street.
Nine apartments in two buildings, on the same quiet street in Estavromenos, four minutes from the HMU gate. Not a portfolio, not a platform. Two houses we own and look after ourselves.

Two buildings and a phone number.
We are not an agency and we do not take a commission from anybody. Every apartment on this site belongs to us. We paint them, we fix them, we change the mattresses when they get tired, and we are the ones who show up with the keys.
Over the years the buildings filled up with Erasmus students, which changed them. People borrow each other's pans. Somebody always knows where the good souvlaki is. Three or four couples have met on those stairs, which we take no credit for but mention anyway.
What we promise is boring and important: an honest price, bills included, a written contract in English, and someone who answers the phone.

The Estavromenos house
Right across the Estavromenos church, with a bus stop at the front door and the HMU gate a four-minute walk away. Most of the building is Erasmus students, so you meet your neighbours on day one.
